Rarely will a sealed foam insulated attic deviate more than 15 degrees from the living space temperatures below it.
A crawl space is an area beneath the home usually with a dirt floor where the foundation and floor joists are exposed.
This can keep the house warmer and can also cut down on heating costs.
I will have good attic space but placing the ductwork and everything up there will surely cut into my usable storage area.

Crawl spaces are important to monitor because if your home has a crawl space you could assume that it bears the load of the whole house.
Compare that with the daily 140 degree temperatures found in vented attics.
An attic crawl space is an area on the top level of a house that is not tall enough to be used as a living area and is often unfinished.
The house has a few vaulted ceiling areas where i think registers would be ugly if placed.
